- Kurtzie’s Summer Sausage, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3 cups chopped frozen broccoli
- Italiano shredded cheese blend
- 3 cups gluten-free penne, cooked
Add a splash of vegetable oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped garlic, onion, and sliced sausage. Lightly brown sausage before incorporating frozen broccoli. Stir frequently to avoid over-cooking. Cook until broccoli is tender. Remove skillet from heat and stir in cooked penne. Sprinkle with Italiano shredded cheese and enjoy!
