Following-up with the sweet pumpkin spice grilled cheese, I present to you my savoury version of this yummy classic!
- 6 slices gluten-free bread of choice
- 3 eggs
- milk (splash)
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Camembert cheese
In a small bowl whisk eggs. Add a splash of milk and pumpkin pie spice – whisk until combined. Heat a large pan over medium heat. Dip bread individually in egg mixture and place in pan. Cook until golden brown and remove from heat. Cut Camembert into thin slices and place on bread. Place two pieces of bread together to create a sandwich. Over low heat, place sandwiches back in pan to melt cheese. Remove from heat once desired consistency is reached.
