Bye bye bland chicken, hello delicious! This is one of my favourite chicken recipes. There’s just something about incorporating cheese and chicken that makes my tastebuds tingle with excitement. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp corn startch
- 1/2 cup gluten-free chicken broth
- 1 cup half and half
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups broccoli, chopped
In a large skillet cook chicken over medium heat, set aside once thoroughly cooked.
Using the same pan melt butter and add garlic. In a small bowl whisk together corn startch and chicken broth, add to pan and continue to whisk until combined. Slowly stir in half and half, add parmesan cheese and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add chicken breast back into the pan and stir in fresh or frozen broccoli. Allow to simmer until sauce thickens.
